Brice Cassenti is a Professor in Residence at the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Connecticut. He joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2009 and has been teaching graduate-level engineering courses since 1980 at institutions including Rensselaer and UConn.
- B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (1968, 1969, 1972)
- Research focused on re-entry vehicles, heat transfer, non-linear finite element modeling, and probabilistic design methods for gas turbines
