Brian Stiegler

Brian Stiegler is Professor of International Education at Salisbury University, where he also serves as Assistant Provost for International Education and Director of the Janet Dudley-Eshbach Center for International Education. Since 2006 he has overseen education-abroad programming, international student & scholar services, the English Language Institute, and the university’s global partnerships.

Research & Scholarship:
Stiegler’s recent scholarly work examines comprehensive internationalization strategies at public comprehensive universities in the United States. His expertise further embraces Spanish language pedagogy, Latin-American literary and cultural studies, and the administration of study-abroad and international-student support services.

He has held leadership roles on national boards including the American Council on Education Commission for Internationalization and Global Engagement and the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship National Advisory Committee.
