Brian E. Ray

Brian E. Ray is a Professor at Cleveland State University College of Law, serving as Co-Interim Dean and Director of the Center for Cybersecurity & Privacy Protection. He specializes in cybersecurity, data privacy, AI law, and comparative constitutional law, with a focus on socio-economic rights and pandemic response.
