Brian Coleman, MD, CAQ-Sports Medicine is a Professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, College of Medicine. He serves as both the Family Medicine Residency Program Director and Sports Medicine Fellowship Program Director.
Dr. Coleman's clinical expertise spans Sports Medicine, Leadership Development, Exercise Prescription, Endurance Medicine, Outpatient Procedures, and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. His work bridges clinical practice with academic training, emphasizing practical applications in sports medicine and preventive care for patient populations.
Dr. Coleman completed his medical education at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, followed by residency training in the University of Oklahoma Family Medicine Residency Program, and fellowship training in the University of Oklahoma Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine.
