Brandon Michael Lock

Brandon Michael Lock is an Assistant Professor at the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy, Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY). He holds a PhD in Accounting Information & Management and an MS in Finance from Northwestern University, along with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Computer Science from Emory University. His research focuses on the role of information intermediaries (security analysts, credit rating agencies, news media) and corporate disclosure in capital markets, with a particular interest in applying machine learning and textual analysis to accounting problems.
