Brandon McFadden serves as Professor of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness and holds the Tyson Endowed Chair in Food Policy Economics at the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, specifically within the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. He joined the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station in August 2022, bringing expertise in consumer behavior research in agricultural contexts.
McFadden's research focuses on consumer knowledge and confusion in emerging markets to estimate demand and identify what consumers value.
