Brad Rawlins

Dr. Brad Rawlins serves as Interim Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Communication and holds a full Professor rank at Arkansas State University (A-State). He previously led the School of Media & Journalism (2019–2023) and played pivotal roles in establishing A-State's Mexico campus (2017–2020). His career includes 12 years at Brigham Young University as Department Chair (2008–2012) and prior tenure at James Madison University.

Education: PhD, MA (University of Alabama), BA (Washington State University).

Research Interests: Transparency in organizational communication, public relations ethics, stakeholder management, and the impact of CSR initiatives. His work emphasizes authentic messaging and trust-building strategies in public and private sectors.
