PD Dr. Birgit Bräuchler is a Professor at the Faculty of Social and Cultural Anthropology at Goethe University Frankfurt. Her research focuses on media and cyberanthropology, conflict and peace studies, cultural rights, and the revival of traditions in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and the Moluccas.
