Dr. Bodine Romijn is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Development and Education of Youth in Diverse Societies, Utrecht University. Her research focuses on quality, diversity, and inclusion in early childhood education and care (ECEC), emphasizing organizational contributions and intercultural competencies of professionals.
