With extensive real-world experience co-founding six technology startups and mentoring dozens more, he brings practitioner insights to classroom instruction. His unique nonprofit model demonstrates innovative approaches to sustainable missionary work through business development.
Professor Reader and his wife Mary have eight children (four still at home). His teaching philosophy centers on developing Christian business leaders committed to the Great Commission, excellence in business practice, and integrating faith with entrepreneurial innovation.
