Bob Brooks

Robert Rankin Brooks is the Dean of the College of Arts and Media at Hardin-Simmons University (HSU), where he previously served in the music faculty and as Dean of the College of Fine Arts. He has held leadership roles at Dallas Baptist University, including Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Graduate School of Ministry, and was Director of Educational Outreach at The Juilliard School.

His educational background includes a Doctor of Musical Arts, Master of Music, Bachelor of Music, and a Bachelor of Music Education, alongside a Professional Internship in Arts Administration. His expertise spans choral studies, conducting, music history, musical theatre, and arts administration, with significant contributions to music education and church worship.
