Prof. Dr. phil. Birte Arendt is a faculty member at the Institute of German Philology, University of Greifswald. She serves as Head of the Competence Center for Low German Didactics and leads the StIHL project "Interuniversity Teaching Network: Teaching Low German (LeNie)" in collaboration with the University of Rostock.
