Dr. Bintan Titisari is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Design, University of Leeds, specializing in sustainable textile practices, traditional dyeing techniques, and cross-cultural craft innovation. Her work bridges heritage crafts with contemporary sustainability challenges in fashion and textiles.

Current research focuses on bio-based colouration practices and curriculum modernization in textile education. Projects include:
