Bindu Arya

Dr. Bindu Arya is the Chair of the Global Leadership and Management Department at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and International Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas (2006), an MS in Administrative Sciences (2002), and an MBA from Iowa State University (2000). Her research focuses on enterprise strategy in emerging economies, CSR impacts, and collaboration networks, with a regional emphasis on South Africa and Asia. She has published in top journals like Strategic Management Journal and Journal of Management Studies.

Research Interests: Dr. Arya’s work explores strategic management in emerging markets, CSR’s influence on organizational outcomes, and cross-cultural collaboration. She has investigated topics such as ethical leadership, sustainability determinants, and stakeholder engagement.
