Bina D'Costa

Prof Bina D'Costa is a Professor at the Department of International Relations, Coral Bell School of Asia-Pacific Affairs, Australian National University. She previously led UNICEF's Migration and Displacement program (2016-2018) and contributed to global humanitarian responses in crises like the Rohingya emergency. Her research focuses on displaced children's protection, gender justice, and human rights in conflict zones.
