Bill Owen

Dr. Bill Owen is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC), where he has held progressive administrative roles including Interim Vice-President Academic and Provost, Vice Provost Faculty Relations, and interim Dean of the College of Arts, Social and Health Sciences. He earned his BSc at Augustana University College and MA/PhD at the University of Saskatchewan.
