Bill Gregorash

Bill Gregorash serves as Associate faculty at Royal Roads University teaching in the Master of Tourism Management program, and concurrently as an instructor at Confederation College's School of Business, Hospitality and Media Arts where he coordinates Business Fundamentals and teaches Tourism – Travel and Eco-Adventure and Culinary Management programs.

His academic credentials include:

Gregorash's research specializes in gastronomic experiences and food tourism, leveraging his 15-year background as a Red Seal Chef and fine dining restaurant owner. His doctoral work examined how gastronomic memories form, creating a unique nexus between sensory culinary science and tourism theory that informs both his teaching methodology and industry collaborations.

• 1976: Outstanding achievement award from the Ontario government upon completion of chef apprenticeship at Sault College

With extensive operational experience across Ontario, Saskatchewan, and New Brunswick hotel and restaurant sectors, he integrates real-world industry insights into academic practice.
