Bill Bahr

Bill Bahr is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Exercise and Sports Science at Olivet Nazarene University, where he teaches courses in sports law, marketing, and athletic promotion. Concurrently, he has served as the Head Coach for Women’s Soccer since 1999, achieving a 187-107-22 record and leading the team to the NAIA National Championship Final. He was recognized as the 2012 NAIA and NSCAA Coach of the Year and received Olivet’s Faculty Member of the Year Award in 2012.

• MBA (2002) and B.S. (1996) in Public Policy with International Relations concentration from Olivet Nazarene University
• Current second master’s degree candidate in Religion

Bahr’s academic work intersects with his coaching career, focusing on sports governance, athletic administration, and mission-driven program development. His career includes designing a short-term missions program while serving as associate chaplain (1999-2002).

Coaching Achievements: 175th career win (2012), 135-95-18 record at Olivet (2010 milestone), and 2008 NCCAA tournament championship. He holds NSCAA National (2002) and Advanced National Diplomas (2004).
