Biography: Bijal Shah is an Associate Professor of Law at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a Visiting Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research focuses on administrative law and structural constitutionalism, with an emphasis on agency dynamics in immigration and interagency coordination. She also develops critical theories in these areas.
