Bianca Fortier

Bianca Fortier (MSN, RN, SCRN) is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing & Health Sciences at Colby-Sawyer College. She joined the faculty in 2021 and serves as the coordinator for the RN to BS online program, teaching coursework focused on healthcare research and evidence-based practice. Her educational background includes a BSN from Saint Anselm College (2012), MSN from Norwich University (2015), and a post-master’s certificate in patient safety and quality from Southern New Hampshire University (2017).

• Research Interests: Evidence-based nursing practices, patient safety, neurosciences nursing, and online education methodologies.
• Professional Experience: Clinical nurse in adult neurosciences unit and nurse educator at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center prior to her academic role.
