Prof. Beverly Soloway is a historian at Lakehead University specializing in Canadian history with interdisciplinary interests in gender, environmental history, the history of science and technology, and food history. As a PhD candidate at York University, her research focuses on the environmental and cultural impacts of horticultural practices in colonial contexts.
