Beth Scott

Beth Scott is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Oklahoma Christian University's School of Nursing. She has been a nurse since 1997, with clinical experience in Oncology, Cardio-thoracic Surgery, ICU, and Urgent Care. As a Certified Nurse Educator since 1999, she emphasizes mentoring nursing students and fostering their professional growth. She actively participates in academic organizations such as Sigma Theta Tau International, Oklahoma Nurses Association, National League for Nursing, and American Association of Colleges of Nursing. She also serves as the faculty sponsor for OC's Oklahoma Nursing Students Association.

Beth holds an M.S.N. degree and has over two decades of combined clinical and teaching experience. Her professional focus integrates clinical expertise with nursing education innovation, aiming to prepare students for diverse healthcare roles. She is committed to advancing nursing practice through evidence-based approaches and student-centered learning strategies.
