Beth Romanski

Beth Romanski serves as the Director of Professional and Continuing Education and Adjunct Professor at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). She holds an M.S. in Higher Education Administration and Leadership (Capella University), a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Workplace Wellness (MUIH), and a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management (University of Delaware). She is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Her professional narrative focuses on educating and inspiring a healthier world through integrative health practices. Key areas of expertise include wellness program design, stress management, and leveraging partnerships to advance holistic health initiatives. She co-founded MyHealthyTransitions Health Coaching and co-created the Wellness Warriors Radio Podcast, emphasizing accessible wellness strategies.

Ms. Romanski actively contributes to professional organizations such as the National Wellness Institute’s Emerging Wellness Professionals Task Force, Integrative Medicine for the Underserved (IM4US) Research Committee, and the UPCEA Online Administration Network. Her work spans national and regional leadership roles, including serving as the ACHE Mid-Atlantic Region Board’s Maryland State Representative.

Her professional presentations and publications address topics like burnout resilience, scaling holistic health practices, and podcasting as a tool for practice growth. She emphasizes collaboration and innovation in her roles, aiming to bridge integrative health with community and organizational wellness.
