Beth Janser

Beth Janser is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at the Catherine T. MacArthur School of Leadership, Palm Beach Atlantic University. Her work bridges ethical challenges in nonprofit leadership with the impact of generational diversity on organizational decision-making.

She has taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Strategic Leadership, and Management Principles, while her professional experience spans education, nonprofit, medical, and retail sectors. Expertise includes program development, donor/volunteer engagement, and nonprofit administration.
