Bertuğ Akıntuğ

Bertuğ Akıntuğ is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University, Northern Cyprus Campus. His research focuses on stochastic modeling in hydrology, particularly drought analysis and climate regime shifts.
