Bertrand P Boussert

Dr. Bertrand P Boussert is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and an associate researcher with the Unité Mixte Internationale 2958 Georgia Tech-CNRS in Metz, France.
