Bernard C. Bailey

Bernard C. Bailey serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Design & Innovation at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, where he teaches innovation, governance, and general management to MBA and executive students. Concurrently, he is President of Paraquis Solutions, LLC (a strategy/governance consultancy), Chairman of Authentix, and lead independent director at Argo Group Holdings, Inc.
