Benoit Gaultier is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Zurich's Philosophical Faculty, affiliated with the Department of Philosophy. He holds a PhD from the Jean Nicod Institute and University Paris-Est (2011) and has held postdoctoral positions at institutions including the University of Helsinki (2014–2015) and the Collège de France (2015–2024). Currently, he co-directs the SNF-funded research project Suspension of Judgement: Its Nature and Norms and teaches courses on epistemology, pragmatism, and philosophy of language.
