Benjamin Le

Benjamin Le serves as Senior Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Professor of Psychology at Haverford College. His administrative responsibilities encompass curriculum development, faculty staffing, external reviews, data strategy, and special projects, while maintaining active engagement in psychological research and pedagogy.

His research focuses on open science practices including preregistration, open data sharing, computational reproducibility, and meta-science methodologies. He actively promotes inclusion and accessibility in psychological research through leadership in the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science (SIPS) and Center for Open Science (COS). Le also explores applied psychology in UX research, human resources, organizational management, and business contexts.

Le advises students on career pathways leveraging psychological training across technology, healthcare, and business sectors. He maintains strong connections to California culture while pursuing personal interests in travel, music, photography, and cycling. Due to administrative commitments and an upcoming sabbatical (2025-2028), he anticipates limited availability for student research supervision.
