Benjamin Kraudinger

Mag. Benjamin Kraudinger, BSc is a Lecturer at the University for Continuing Education Krems, affiliated with the Center for Intellectual Property, Media and Innovation Law. His research focuses on digital law, intellectual property, AI ethics, and corporate governance. He contributes to interdisciplinary discussions on topics like smart farming regulation, diversity in corporate boards, and legal frameworks for digital inheritance.

Recent publications explore the legal implications of smart farming technologies, gender diversity in corporate governance, and the posthumous ownership of online gaming accounts. He actively participates in academic events such as the Conference on Innovation and Communication Law (CICL) and the International Symposium on Legal Informatics (IRIS).
