Benjamin Huynh

Benjamin Huynh is a multidisciplinary visual artist and lecturer at École de Recherche Graphique (ERG), where he explores the intersection of painting, installation, and textile work. His research challenges traditional artistic paradigms through concepts like network painting and transitive painting, emphasizing horizontal and interconnected frameworks.

• Focuses on themes: queer identities, selfie culture, device interrogation, and positivity of space.
• Currently researching natural dyeing-painting techniques (mordant painting, plant pigments) with Wallonia-Brussels Federation support.
• Active mentor in The Gap Group Brussels (collaboration with SOTA), aiding emerging artists through workshops and programs.
