Benedikt Löwe

Prof. Benedikt Löwe is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Science of the University of Amsterdam, affiliated with the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC). His primary research unit is Mathematical & Computational Logic (MCL), with a secondary affiliation to Epistemology & Philosophy of Science (EPS).

His research spans foundational areas of logic, including set theory, computability, and applications of logic to philosophy of science and epistemology. He contributes to interdisciplinary collaborations through his role at the ILLC, a leading research institute in logic and theoretical computer science.
