Benedict Sheehy is a Professor of Law at the Canberra Law School, University of Canberra. An internationally recognized expert in Corporate Social Responsibility, corporate law, and regulatory theory, he holds a PhD from the Australian National University and multiple advanced degrees including a JD from the University of Windsor. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and formerly practiced as a barrister in Canada.
