Dr Bena Brown is a clinician/researcher and Adjunct Senior Fellow at the UQ Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, affiliated with the Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Queensland. She is also an Advanced Speech Pathologist at Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital and supervises higher-degree students in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her work bridges clinical practice and research to enhance cancer care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
