Ben Neve is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Weber State University’s Goddard School of Business & Economics. He joined the faculty in 2021 and serves as Director of the Moyes Center for Supply Chain Excellence. His work integrates optimization techniques and supply chain tools to address societal challenges.

Neve’s research focuses on solving business problems through stochastic programming, simulation-optimization, and mathematical modeling. He also applies complex adaptive systems theory to cross-industry collaboration in supply chain management, particularly for crises like the COVID-19 pandemic and the Opioid crisis. His consulting experience spans 30+ organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, government, and other sectors.
He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses including Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, Six Sigma, Lean Systems, and Business Strategy.
