Ben Lowndes is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline University. He currently serves as the Operations Division Liaison at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), where he provides conflict resolution and strategic planning services to strengthen internal and external collaboration for agency projects. Previously, he worked in MnDOT’s Office of Public Engagement and Constituent Services, as well as the agency’s ombudsman’s office.
