Dr Ben Hall is a Lecturer in Quantitative Criminology at Manchester Metropolitan University's Sociology Department, affiliated with the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU). He holds multiple qualifications including a PhD in 'Fear of Personal Victimisation' and postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Investigation.
