Ben Ezzy

Ben Ezzy serves as the Manager of Broadcast Operations overseeing UMTV and an Adjunct Professor of Broadcast Journalism at the University of Miami. He holds an MFA in Interactive Media and a BSC in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami.

• Media Director, Shake-A-Leg Miami
• Reporter/Production Assistant, Gray Television
• Freelance video and broadcast work for Shake-A-Leg Miami and the UMVerse VR/AR Initiative

Teaching & Research:

• Teaches field/studio production courses, broadcast producing/directing, and broadcast journalism writing
• Directed/co-produced a documentary on the History of UMTV
• Oversees UMTV's operational strategy, manages the UMTV E-Board, and advises faculty initiatives
