Behzad Borhan is a Lecturer in Persian Language at the Institute of Islamic Studies, McGill University. He completed his Ph.D. in Persian Language and Literature at the University of Tehran in 2020 and is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. at McGill’s Institute of Islamic Studies. His interdisciplinary research bridges Persian and Arabic mystical literature, focusing on Sufism and the concept of karāmat (miracle).
