Becky Rolnick

Becky Rolnick is an Assistant Professor at Kent State University's School of Media and Journalism. She is an independent filmmaker currently in post-production on a feature-length documentary, with a career spanning production hubs like NYC, LA, and Boston. Her work includes roles as writer, director, producer, and editor on projects such as ABC's The Real Roseanne Show, PBS' Emmy-award-winning FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman, and the Academy Award short-listed Home of the Brave.

• Education: MFA in Film Production from University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts
• BA in Political Science and Journalism from Rutgers University

Rolnick specializes in documentary filmmaking, media production, and non-profit storytelling, having produced short films for organizations like LA County Violence Intervention Program and Save Darfur.
