Dr. Becky Cozens is a Lecturer in International Initial Teacher Training at the University of Sunderland's Faculty of Education and Society. Her work focuses on early childhood education, teacher-student relationships, and ethical research with young children. She currently serves as Programme Leader for the iQTS (Primary) February 2025 cohort and leads modules on professional practice in early years teaching and international education. Previously, she held roles as a Programme Manager for Early Years and Health & Social Care at a further education college, and as an Initial Teacher Training Coordinator.
