Beatriz Vasconcellos is a Research Fellow at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) within the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. She specializes in public governance, international development, digital transformation, and long-term state capacity building, leading research on State Capacity in the Digital Era and collaborating with Professor David Eaves on digital public infrastructures.
