Professor Beatrice Demarchi is affiliated with the Department of Life Sciences and Systems Biology at the University of Turin. She specializes in bioarchaeology, paleomolecular analysis, and human-environment interactions in prehistoric contexts.
Research Interests: Her work focuses on the preservation of organic materials in archaeological settings, including protein sequences in deep time, amino acid racemization dating, and the analysis of Neolithic collagen-based coatings.
