Beate Caesar

Dr. Beate Caesar is a Researcher at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern's Faculty of Spatial and Environmental Planning, where she has worked since 2012. She specializes in cross-border spatial planning, European integration, and transport networks, with a geographic focus on German border regions and the Greater Saar-Lor-Lux area. In 2019, she served as a Visiting Professor in Border Studies at the University of Luxembourg.
