Bathrellou Irini

Irini Bathrellou is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Department of Dietetics-Nutrition Science, Harokopio University, Athens. She holds a PhD (2010), Master's (2003), and Bachelor's (2000) in Dietetics-Nutrition Science from the same institution. Her research focuses on childhood obesity management, cognitive behavioral therapy applications, and lifestyle habit formation. She has taught postgraduate courses since 2007, supported student practical training, and contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed publications and 25 conference presentations. Her work extends to nutritional education programs for students and families across all educational levels.
