Bassel Mahmoud, MD, PhD, FAAD is an Associate Professor of Dermatology at UMass Chan Medical School and serves as Director of Teledermatology. He leads the Melanocyte-Keratinocyte Transplantation Procedure (MKTP) at UMass's Vitiligo Clinic and Research Center, a treatment for refractory vitiligo.
