Basheer Nijim

Basheer Nijim is a Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Northern Iowa, affiliated with the College of Social Science. His academic career spanned 29 years (1962-1991), during which he progressed from Assistant Professor (1962-1969) to Associate Professor (1969-1972) and ultimately to Professor (1972-1991), while also serving as Acting Head and Head of the Geography Department.
