Basem Gohar

Basem Gohar is an Assistant Professor at the University of Guelph's Department of Population Medicine within the Ontario Veterinary College. He leads the Research in Occupational Health and Wellness (UGROHW) Lab, focusing on identifying and mitigating adverse workplace events to enhance employee well-being and retention. His work also examines moral distress and healthcare system optimization post-pandemic.
