Bas van Rijn

Bas van Rijn is a **Full Professor (Part-time)** in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and a practicing **Gynecologist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine** at Maxima Medical Center. His work bridges clinical medicine and engineering, focusing on placental health and fetal-maternal interface dynamics.
