Bart Schultz is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Chicago, teaching since 1987. He directs the Civic Knowledge Project (CKP), focusing on public ethics and community engagement. His research spans political philosophy, ethics, and the history of utilitarianism, with notable works like Henry Sidgwick: Eye of the Universe and The Happiness Philosophers.
